The Challenge
Our client, Jane, recently experienced a break-in at her home in Melbourne. Feeling vulnerable and concerned for her safety, Jane contacted us in urgent need of a solution to make her home more secure.
The main challenge was the immediate need to enhance the security of Jane’s home. After the break-in, she was understandably anxious and wanted a quick and effective solution. Additionally, the property had large windows that were vulnerable and required a robust solution that would not compromise the aesthetic of her home.
The Outcome
Understanding the urgency of the situation, we prioritised Jane’s job and recommended installing high-quality, durable roller shutters.
